Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Palacio Properties was created in August 2017 as a minority-owned, woman-owned company. "We wanted to solve travelers’ demands for comfortable high-end accommodations in prime locations with the added "home-like" feel. She was in senior management in the mortgage services industry by the age of 20, then an AVP of a mortgage firm at 27. Not long after that, she was a Vice President of Operations at an Asset Management company in Scottsdale, AZ. She had done what many aspire to: climb the corporate ladder. After 25 years in executive positions, she decided to do what she loved most, meet great people from all over the world, be her boss & enjoy life with her two children. She then started Palacio Properties. She was always naturally drawn to the hospitality industry to create a "home-like" feel for her guests. She used her skills in automating processes to create a solid, customer-centric infrastructure complemented by luxurious, comfortable living spaces dedicated specifically to traveling guests. The model caters to vacation and short-term occupants, not guests looking for room sharing. We have created a space for you whether you are traveling for business or pleasure.
