Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
Palacio Properties was created in August of 2017 as a minority owned, woman owned company. "We wanted to solve traveler’s demands for comfortable high-end accommodations, in prime locations with the added "home-like" feel. She was a senior AVP in the mortgage services industry by the age of 20, then a senior VP of a mortgage firm by 27. She had done what many people aspire to do: climb the corporate ladder. After 20 years in executive positions, she decided to do what she loved most, meet great people from all over the world, be her own boss & enjoy life with her children. She then started Palacio Properties. She was always naturally drawn to the hospitality industry, to create a "home-like" feel for her guests. She used her variety of skills in automating processes, Six Sigma, and operational methodology, to create a solid customer-centric infrastructure. This is complemented by luxurious, comfortable living spaces dedicated specifically to traveling guests. The model caters to vacation and short-term occupants, not guests looking for room sharing. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure we have created a space for you.
