What began as The Palacio Properties has grown into something much greater. As our portfolio expanded throughout Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Tempe, so did our vision. We weren't simply managing vacation rentals anymore—we were building a hospitality company centered on thoughtful experiences, elevated service, and creating places guests genuinely look forward to returning to.

The Meaning Behind JĪ:HAN
JĪ:HAN is deeply personal.
The name comes from my own name, Jia-Li, and is inspired by my Korean heritage and the values that have shaped both my life and this company.
In Korean culture, hospitality extends beyond simply welcoming someone into your home. It reflects genuine care, respect, thoughtfulness, and making every guest feel valued.
Those values have guided our company since the very beginning.
