MY STORE AND GUIDEBOOK LINKS:
So this will be easier for you than I thought... I'm using StaFi so each of the Store and Guidebook links are already in StayFi for each unit in the Field Definitions in OR.
There is also the HostCo link in each unit for the Store in Field Definitions in OR.
So I really want to 'sell' the StayFi and HostCo links so people click it and browse and purchase something, i.e. Early Check in, Late Check Out, Bike Rentals, Personal Chef, excursions, or experiences. But please dont name it StayFi or HostCo. I want these two to be separate on my website.
StayFi is used to get emails to do marketing.
HostCo is to get people to make purchases for more revenue.

About the CEO:
Jia R. Delgado is the founder and CEO of The Palacio Properties. A single mom who went from homeless to CEO, Jia built her company as a safety net for her family and a platform for disciplined, human-centered hospitality. (Her journey—following her employer’s closure—has been profiled by Rent Responsibly.) Rent Responsibly
Before launching The Palacio Properties, Jia spent more than a decade and a half in high-stakes operations across mortgage, real estate–adjacent services, and asset management. At Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (2004–2014), she served as a Vice President in Default Servicing/Asset Management and related divisions, where she led complex programs spanning HUD conveyance, hazard claims, code violations, evictions, vendor audits, and compliance with investor and federal requirements (HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA). Her remit included root-cause analytics, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and media-sensitive escalations—work measured by outcomes, controls, and speed.
She later became Senior Vice President of Operations at Superior Home Services (2014–2017), overseeing IT, reporting/analytics, legal, risk & compliance, audit, marketing, HR, and client/government relations—driving results such as audit-cycle reductions, productivity gains via new capacity models, and multi-million-dollar cost exposure reductions using Six Sigma methods.
In 2017, Jia founded what is now The Palacio Properties, bringing that rigor to short-term rentals: asset management, dynamic pricing, automation, channel strategy, legal/municipal oversight, and system integrations. She treats each unit like its own business and builds processes that make excellence repeatable—without losing the soul of hospitality.
Jia’s toolkit blends strategic planning, operational leadership, risk & compliance, financial and report analytics, contract negotiations, and root-cause analysis—grounded by a Six Sigma Green Belt and an MBA.
What defines her leadership
- Precision under pressure. She designs systems that prevent problems—and dashboards that surface them early.
- Regulatory fluency. From investor guidelines to municipal rules, she builds guardrails first so growth is durable.
- Compassion with standards. As a founder who’s been on the brink, she leads with empathy and expects excellence.
Today, Jia leads The Palacio Properties with the same clarity that changed her life: build safety through systems, protect people with process, and make hospitality feel effortless—because behind the scenes, the work is anything but.

Consulting service:
Consulting — Strategy, Turnarounds, and Fractional Leadership
You don’t need more noise—you need a builder in your corner. I help founders and operators start from zero, compete in saturated markets, and turn around underperforming businesses. Specialty: short-term rentals (STR) and operations-heavy companies.
What I Do (Concrete Capabilities)
- From-Scratch Launches: entity formation guidance, banking/envelope setup, vendor stack, policy/SOPs, channel strategy, listing creation, photography direction, amenity map, pricing scaffolds, and go-live plan.
- Competing in Saturation: demand mapping, true comps, positioning, listing rewrites, asset-level offers (not generic bundles), OTAs/search optimization, calendar/lead-time strategy, conversion fixes.
- Unit-Level Revenue Ops (STR): per-unit pricing logic, stay-length optimization, fee architecture, review velocity/quality playbooks, cleaner scheduling and QA, maintenance SLAs.
- Operations Cleanup: dashboards that matter, stand-up cadence, roles & checklists, ticketing/QA loops, vendor accountability, guest-journey rewires.
- Fractional CEO/COO (“Floating CEO”): step in, diagnose, set plan and cadence, run leadership meetings, own the KPI dashboard, and drive change until your team can sustain it.
- AI—With Guardrails: identify safe use cases (SOP draft, QA checks, research), define “no-fail” human approvals, instrument logs/spot-checks, and run monthly audits to avoid brand or legal risk.
