The Palacio Properties was created in August of 2017 as a minority owned, woman owned company. "We wanted to solve traveler’s demands for comfortable high-end accommodations, in prime locations with the added "home-like" feel. Bedrooms with comfortable king beds, soft linens, a variety of pillows, accommodations for young children, handicap features, fully stocked kitchens, TV’s in every room, free coffee and creamer and much more." ~ Jia-Li CEO The Palacio Properties From foster care to CEO: Jia has been working in real estate her entire career. She was a senior AVP in the mortgage services industry by the age of 20, then a senior VP of a mortgage firm by 27. She had done what many people aspire to do: climb the corporate ladder. After 20 years in executive positions, she decided to do what she loved most, meet great people from all over the world, be her own boss & enjoy life with her children. She then started Palacio Properties. She was always naturally drawn to the hospitality industry, to create a "home-like" feel for her guests. She used her variety of skills in automating processes, Six Sigma, and operational methodology, to create a solid customer-centric infrastructure. This is complemented by luxurious, comfortable living spaces dedicated specifically to traveling guests. The model caters to vacation and short-term occupants, not guests looking for room sharing. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure we have created a space for you.
