About the Owner
Palacio Properties was created in August of 2017 as a minority owned, woman owned company. "We wanted to solve traveler’s demands for comfortable high-end accommodations, in prime locations with the added "home-like" feel. Bedrooms with comfortable king beds, soft linens, a variety of pillows, accommodations for young children, handicap features, fully stocked kitchens, TV’s in every room, free coffee and creamer and much more." From foster care to CEO: Jia has been working in real estate her entire career. She was in senior management in the mortgage services industry by the age of 20, then a VP of a mortgage firm at 27, and not long after that a Vice President of Operations at an Asset Management company in Scottsdale AZ. She had done what many people aspire to do: climb the corporate ladder. After 25 years in executive positions she decided to do what she loved most, meet great people from all over the world, be her own boss & enjoy life with her children. She then started Palacio Properties. She was always naturally drawn to the hospitality industry, to creating a "home-like" feel for her guests. She used her skills in automating processes to create a solid, customer-centric infrastructure complimented by luxurious, comfortable living spaces dedicated specifically to traveling guests. The model caters to vacation and short term occupants, not guests looking for room sharing. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure we have created a space for you.
