🏋️ Luxury Gym: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
🏛️ Clubhouse & Common Areas: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
✨ All shared outdoor social lounges and grilling stations are first-come, first-served.

🚨 RECREATION ACCESS REQUIREMENTS:
(CRITICAL) Community wristbands and access fobs are strictly required to enter all pool, gym, and amenity areas.
Lost Item Fees: $60 per wristband | $250 per electronic fob. Replacements are subject to availability.
Important: Please do not contact or visit the on-site leasing office under any circumstances. They do not handle guest relations. All communication, maintenance, or questions must go directly through our 24/7 Palacio Properties support team.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
