Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We focus on what travelers care about most: comfortable king beds, soft linens and pillow options, family-friendly items for little ones, accessible features where available, fully stocked kitchens, TVs, and thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and creamer—plus the essentials that make travel easy. — Jia-Li, CEO (Cancer Survivor, 2025) From foster care to CEO, Jia built her career in real estate operations early—senior management by 20, AVP by 27, and later Vice President of Operations at an asset management company in Scottsdale, AZ. After 25 years in executive leadership, she chose a path centered on hospitality, flexibility, and raising her two children. Jia also brings a unique advantage: she has traveled extensively and stayed in short-term rentals around the world—so she understands the guest experience firsthand.
